Based on the output of the earlier phases, we will support you in developing action plans to grow business in identified energy sectors and/or regions.

Using our project strategy acquisition templates, SGS will develop, with the client's input, specific project action plans for the identified key opportunities, which will be maintained throughout  the lifetime of the opportunity.

Based on the output of the earlier phases, we support you in developing specific customer engagement strategies and action plan to maximise project awards.

The SGS global network of senior personnel can help you grow your business in a low risk/cost approach, in comparison to traditional approaches.

We will provide you with ongoing support to ensure successful project delivery which could include:
ACTION PLANS

These will include:

  • Engaging local resources with access and knowledge of the market

  • Identifying the right points of contact and how to engage those points of contact.

  • Creating a list of actions around knowledge gaps and red flags.

  • Identifying action holders and agreed schedule to ensure successful implementation.

  • Anticipated actions will include areas of:

    • Project knowledge improvement​

    • Positioning / differentiation / competition activities

    • Decision Makers' Engagement (Technical/Commercial)

    • Proposal Development Steps

  • As the projects progress towards closure SGS can support with the proposal development and negotiation process. Our role will be to ensure the regional customer needs and values are embedded in the process.  SGS will also help with negotiation and agreement finalisation.
